Since I discovered Bikram Yoga in the spring of 2004, this 90-minute sequence has always been a healing challenge and an exciting journey to myself. At the beginning, I concentrated mainly on performing the poses, attended many seminars, learned the advanced series and took part in yoga championships. Later, I became intensively involved with mindfulness and meditation. Actually, almost all life experiences inspire and deepen my yoga practice in some way... and conversely, yoga makes my everyday life more balanced and lively.
