How should one behave towards us?
To feel comfortable in our studio
In order to make our time together as pleasant as possible and so that everyone can really relax, we ask you to observe the following:
- Classes will take place with a minimum of 3 participants.
- Please enter your first and last name legibly in the “Sign-In” list each time you visit.
- Please take off your shoes at the studio entrance. Training takes place barefoot.
Yoga room
- There should always be noble silence.
- Please close the door quietly.
- No cell phones.
- Valuables can be left in the locker.
- No shoes or flip-flops.
- Wear suitable yoga clothes out of consideration for the other yogis.
- A yoga mat and a large towel or skidless mat are mandatory for hygiene reasons. Both can be rented.
- Camping mats are not permitted for hygiene reasons.
- To avoid confusion, we recommend labeling private mats with first names.
- Only drinks in PET bottles are permitted.
- No glass.
- No food or chewing gum.
- Please dispose of PET bottles in PET containers.
- Position new students in the back row. This also applies to yogis who are not yet familiar with the Bikram series or who practice modified poses. Those who sit at the front are considered role models.
- During class, please only leave the room between poses in an emergency so as not to disturb the concentration of the others. Signal to the teacher with eye contact that everything is OK.
- Leave rental mats on the floor after class for disinfection.
Shower
- After a strenuous day, please shower before your yoga class.
- Do not use perfume or strong-smelling care products.
- Please dry yourself on the shower mat to avoid wet floors (risk of slipping).
- Please do not wash mats or clothes in the shower.
- Please put rented towels in the laundry container after use.
- Only take a quick shower and do your beauty care at home.
Changing room & nude zone
- Taking photographs and filming of other people is prohibited in the changing rooms due to respect for personal rights.
- Camera-enabled devices are prohibited in the nude zone.
