Bikram Yoga is located in the heart of Zurich – District 4 – in a listed building from the 1950s. Our reception and shop are on the ground floor and the studio is on the 3rd floor in light-filled, modern and clean rooms.
The ventilation system has been improved, and a viral filter has been added. All courses from morning to night, regardless of how many yogis are in the HotRoom, can then be carried out under optimal Bikram Yoga conditions (40 °C and 40% humidity) at any time of the year.
