I used to be one of those people who often and regularly went to the gym to get fit. Stefan introduced me to Bikram Yoga and he showed me a new way to strengthen my body, build concentration and achieve more self-control. I would never have thought that with Bikram Yoga ONLY, within a few months, and with a training schedule of 1-2x per week, I could achieve better definition than with years of training in the gym.
