After my first Bikram yoga class in April 2010, I felt like I was reborn, stretched and full of energy. I knew that I definitely wanted to integrate this into my everyday life. Bikram yoga is the ideal addition for me, who spends a lot of time in the office in front of the computer and trains strength and endurance fairly regularly.


Since then, I have attended over 1000 lessons at Bikram Yoga Zurich as well as a 6-week yoga challenge and I am still enthusiastic.

​During the 90-minute sweat session in the yoga room, I can really switch off. The heat and the constant guidance of the yoga teacher make it easier for me not to think about the issues that are currently bothering me, but to be in the moment. Amazingly, I still keep getting sudden ideas and answers to open questions during yoga, which I then implement straight away.

After yoga, the stress of everyday life is gone and if I was annoyed about something, I am completely relaxed again after a sweat session. My body feels as if all of my internal organs have been massaged and cleansed. This also helps my digestion. I also feel grounded and cleansed again after Bikram yoga. Bikram yoga cheers me up, especially on days when I don't feel well. What's more, after yoga I am full of energy and mentally fit.


Since I've been practicing Bikram Yoga, I've been much more flexible and balanced. My body awareness and posture have also improved. These are all reasons why I can warmly recommend Bikram Yoga to everyone.
