I have been practicing Bikram Yoga since 2004 and it is very exciting to notice changes in the body through the same 26 positions. Bringing more mindfulness and awareness, not only to yoga classes but also being able to draw on it in everyday life, makes life easier and more beautiful. My main job is as a flight attendant and thanks to yoga I can now deal with difficult, demanding situations in a much more relaxed and calm way.
